Mr. Faremouth has more than 28 years of experience leading professionals in procurement, strategic sourcing, software asset management, Network and Telecommunications and vendor management in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Faremouth has spent the past 15 years as a Director of IT Procurement, Vendor Management, and Network and Telecommunications at the State of Michigan within the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB). 

Mr. Faremouth will lead the Business development and Procurement practice at Scofes & Associates Consulting, where it has established success for its clients in Michigan, Illinois and across the United States, including Washington D.C.
